Recognise Emotions

We want to be connected to others, It's essential to communicate to ourselves.


It is vital to strengthen the connection with ourselves.


So Follow the following steps to commence.

1. Notice your thoughts & feelings 2. Name and accept what emotion surfaces with those thoughts 3. Write a journal on the thoughts and emotions surfacing.

4. Now practice at least 5 times a day.


Able to recognise your feelings and reactions allows you to respond to your needs and take good care of yourself.
